This crew has been chasing water out of Simcoe County basements since 2004. It started with leaking cracks, one injection at a time. Twenty-odd spring melts later, we dig outside walls, lay interior drains, set sump pits, swap out dead weeping tile and fix the odd bowing wall. Same small region the whole time. We know which Barrie streets flood in April before you tell us your address.
Nobody leads a job here until they've done two years as an apprentice beside someone who knows the work cold. Stick around five years, keep learning, and you're one of the senior techs who teaches the next bunch. We've never handed a job to a subcontractor. The person who looks at your basement is the person who fixes it, and they'll still be around when the warranty matters.
Our crew lead spent six winters running the ice resurfacer and the refrigeration plant at a community arena north of Barrie before switching trades. Find the real cause
Follow the water. Where it shows up isn't always where it gets in. We've seen a leak at the north wall that started at a downspout on the east side, so we trace it back before anyone mentions a price.
Cheapest fix that works
If a downspout extension or a bag of topsoil solves it, you'll hear that from us first. Inside fixes come before digging whenever they do the job.
Our own crew
Our own trained people, every time. Our 2-year apprenticeship means the voice on the phone, the person with the flashlight and the crew in the trench all work for us. Nobody else.
A warranty that transfers
Most of our repairs carry a transferable lifetime warranty. Sell the house in 2040? The buyer is still covered.
